In Agia Triada, 19klm away from Thessaloniki lays the existing seaside hotel “Santa beach” which is going to be renovated. Exactly opposite to it, a new hotel, belonging to the same hotel chain is going to be constructed, which will be joined to the existing one via a bridge over the road. The chosen architectural style for both hotels is imposing, glamorous, luxurious and strictly classical, attempting to revive the prestigious Mediterranean tourist resorts of the 60’s and 70’s.

Sermilia hotel II, club member of Cronwell hotels & resorts, is located right behind Sermilia hotel I on Psakoudia, in Halkidiki. The hotel complements the investment of “Cronwell hotels & resorts” in the area. Designed in a similar philosophy with SERMILIA I, it aims to be part of a whole setting after its’ completion.

Sermilia hotel, club member of Cronwell hotels & resorts, is located on Psakoudia , in Chalkidiki. The hotel that was initially built in the 70s, and has been completely renovated and structural restorated. The hotel is upgraded from a 3 star hotel that it used to be to a 5 star. The hotel reopened in 2015. Soft – airy colors inspired by the Greek land, nature and sea- like olive, pine, sand and pebbles – were chosen for the exteriors of this 6 storey building, in order to let the fluctuations of light to differentiate them during the day, creating different and unique atmospheres.

The project is located just outside the city of Kozani. Two volumes perpendicular to each other form a “hug” that hosts the majority of the rooms. Modern lines in addition to sculptural interventions in the surrounding area define the design of this hotel unit. The hotel is not only oriented to meet the travelers’ needs, but to serve entertainment, recreation and social events of the region nearby. Therefore it is equipped with tennis and basketball courts, pool, gym, spa, relaxation areas and multipurpose halls.

The hotel Portes Beach is located in Potidea – Chalkidiki. In 2013 we renovated   part of the rooms and its restaurant and taverna. The renovation of other parts of the hotel will be continued gradually during the winter of 2014 and 2015.

Parga beach hotel, club member of MAST hotels & resorts, is located on Valtos beach, in Parga. The hotel that was initially built in the 70s, was totally renovated in 2009. The upgrading study included the renovation and expansion of existing buildings and the creation of entirely new ones. The philosophy of the intervention was to develop a residential complex in the standards of traditional Greek architecture of small- scale settlements, with paths, neighborhoods, dead ends and squares. The dominant element of the intervention was the ultimate respect for the exceptionally beautiful natural environment, the 350 year old olive trees and the relation they had developed with the preexisting buildings.
