Habitat hotel is situated in the heart of the city of Kilkis. It’s a modern five storey corner building, whose innovative architectural conception makes it one of the most distinctive buildings of the city. Sustainable energy systems (such as solar and geothermal) are applied on the building.

DIONI is a club member of MAST hotels & resorts. Our intention to respect the morphology of the historic center of Preveza was the main axis for the design of the total upgrade and renovation of the already existing hotel Dioni. All the facades have received extended interventions to eliminate its impersonal character of a “block of flats” that it used to have. We also made important environmental improvements to its structure in order to minimize its impact on the environment and the local community. The hotel is now deeply environmentally conscious and follows the practices of green living.

The Istion club & spa has the appearance of the typical Mediterranean tourist resort. It is a collection of buildings and open spaces that have been arranged to produce the layout ideal for Man’s scale and dimension.The various buildings have been designed on the basis of specific ecological principles, to interface with the surrounding landscape and become an integral part of it. All buildings have a different appearance, however, the overall image projected by the organizational layout and the arrangement of the facade is uniform and harmonious, thanks to the common architectural elements that are variably combined in each building.
